Using Technology To Achieve Your Weight Loss Goals

The hardest part of making goals is actually sticking to them. It helps when you have someone (or in this case, something) keeping you accountable. You used to need to have your spouse or good friend keep you going, but in today’s world, we can get our motivation from the technology that sits in front of us most the day!

There are dozens and dozens of awesome applications for your smartphone or tablet can keep you on track to lose the weight you desire.

1. Fitness Pro

This app allows you to easily create a workout plan that works. It has hundreds of photos of real people doing exercises that help you find exactly what is right for you. It also has an advanced logging system that can help you in track progress. The only thing you have to do is log when/what your workouts are and you’ll be all set!

2. LoseIt

This nifty app lets you set goals and establish a daily calorie budget. Stay on track each day by recording your food and exercise and staying within that budget. The average active Lose It! user has lost more than 12lbs!

3. MyFitnessPal

When you use this app for the first time, it will ask about your current weight, height, activity level, goal weight etc. The best part is that it will let you set goals for yourself. If you want to lose one pound a week, MyFitnessPal will suggest how many calories you should be eating each day to reach that goal. You can log the food you eat and it tells you all the nutritional information, with a HUGE library of brand names and homemade items.

These are just a few of the many out there. Search around and find what’s best for you. Make sure to use the technology that you use everyday anyway in a way that can help you achieve your goals!

Best weight loss diet for busy viartgeean mom?I am a busy young mom with 3 kids, ages 3, 2, and 4 months. I have gained a lot of weight in my pregnancies and would like to lose about 80 pounds. I want to lose it slowly and healthfully. I do not have the time or money to join a gym, and do not have the child care. Also, I can not afford to buy any exercise equipment or expensive pills/gadgets etc. What are some healthy diet plans that are viartgeean friendly, and what are good exercises for targeting belly fat. PS-I do not need to hear eat less exercise more. I need specific routines and referrals to eating plans that work for my lifestyle. I also need to know what kind of exercises to do and when/how to do them, plus some healthy foods that will satisfy my sweet tooth. Thanks!I forgot to say that I am also allergic to wheat.I forgot to say that I am also allergic to wheat.
